How to apply for Bussiness Permit
     The following requirements are required in applying for a business permit:
  • Communicty Tax Certificate (Cedula)
  • Barnagay Clearance (Owner)
  • Barangay Business Clearance
  • Photocopy of Sanitary Permit
  • Photocopy od DTI Registration
  • Photocopy of BIR Registration
  • Photocopy of Fire Safety Permit
  • 1pc. 2x2 picture of owner
  • 1pc. 3R picture of establishment (front view with trash cans)
  • Fill-up Application form for Business Permit
  • Latest receipt of Business License (Renewal)
  • Updated Real Property Tax Payment
     The following are the procedures in processing a business permit:
     Step 1 BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSE OFFICE (BPLO)
          -   Secure Application Form
          -   Fill up Application Form
     Step 2 BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSE OFFICE (BPLO)
          -   Submit the filled up Application Form together with
               the required documents for verification
          -   Computation/Assessment of Taxes and Tax Payable
     Step 3 MUNICIPAL TREASURER'S OFFICE
          -   Verification/Computation of delinquent taxes
               on Business and Realty Tax
          -   Review and sign Business Assessment of Taxes
          -   Issuance of additional Community Tax Certificate
     Step 4 MUNICIPAL TREASURER'S OFFICE
          -   Payment of taxes due/issuance of Official Receipt
     Step 5 BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSE OFFICE (BPLO)
          -   Issuance of Business Permit
   
     REMINDERS:
  • Securing Business Permit and Mayor's Permit is from January 2 up to January 20 annually to avoid penalties and surcharge.
