Basic Taxes and Fess
     The following are the basic taxes and fees in securing for a business permit:
  • Business License Taxes - based on capital investment. (New Business)
  • Business License Taxes - based on the amount of business tax in the preceding calendar year. (Renewal)
  • Mayor's Permit Fee - the permit fee shall either be based on asset size or number or workers, whichever will yield the higher fee.
  • Sanitary Inspection Fee - based on the type/kind of business.
  • Medical Fee - P300.00 shall be collected for each business owner.
  • Garbage Fee - based on the location and type/kind of business.
  • Personnel (Occupational Tax) - annual occupation fee shall be collected to every person who shall enagaged in the practice of occupation.
  • Personnel (Health Certificate) - P100.00 shall be collected to any person who is given a physical examination by the Municipal Health Unit.
  • Business Sticker - P150.00/plate
  • Police Clerance - P100.00 shall be collected for each business owner.
  • Fire Code Fee - Fire safety inspection fee equivalent to ten percent (10%) of all fees.
     The following are the permit fees on tricycle operation:
          New Franchise
  • Franchise Tax & Licensing Fees - P500.00
  • Mayor's Permit Fee - P200.00
  • Supervision Fee - P50.00
  • Sticker Fee (Business) - P75.00
  • Occupation Tax - P150.00
  • Filling Fee - P200.00
          Renewal of Franchise
  • Mayor's Permit Fee - P200.00
  • Supervision Fee - P50.00
  • Sticker Fee (Business) - P75.00
  • Occupation Tax - P150.00
     REMINDERS:
          Penalties and Surcharge are applied on late renewal of business permit
             and tricycle franchise.
