The Local Government Unit of Cabatuan headed by Mayor Charlton L. Uy together with SB Randy Britanico, and Lgu-cabatuan Municipal Agriculturist Ms. Rhiyan M. Simon welcomed representatives from the Provincial Government of Isabela represented by Mr Manny Acierto, PGI’s BRO Consultant and Mr. Naning Plan, PGI’s Tobacco Tax Focal Person.

The PGI thru the Office of the Vice Governor Faustino ‘Bojie’ G. Dy III distributed financial assistance to the 180 Tobacco Farmers of this Municipality at the Cabatuan Social Hall.
