Solo parents from the Municipality of Cabatuan received a monthly cash allowance of P1,000 subsidized by the municipality thru the efforts of Mayor Charlton L. Uy and its MSWD Office; this is in accordance with the Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act, along with other benefits like scholarships and discounts.
