GU Cabatuan headed by Mayor Charlton L. Uy thru its MSWD Office and Office for Senior Citizens Affairs (Rafael Sandan, Head) and Staff distributed to a new batch of octogenarians and nonagenarians in the municipality cash grants from the government through the Expanded Centenarians Act of 2024.

The Regional Cluster II of the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) Pay-out Team handed over to the beneficiaries Php 10,000.00 in cash each during the awarding of cash grants at the Municipal Training Center.

Under the Expanded Centenarians Act of 2024, senior citizens who reached the milestone ages of 80, 85, 90 and 95, whether living in the Philippines or abroad, will be given Php 10,000.00.
