Ord. No. 2026-01 - An Ordinance authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 01, series of 2026, appropriating the amount of FOURTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETEEN AND 76/100 (Php14,239,719.76) from the savings on programmed appropriations for FY 2025 and actual collections in excess of estimated income for FY 2025 and thereby approving the CY 2026 Supplemental Annual Investment Program (CY 2026 SUPPLEMENTAL AIP) containing the Programs, Projects and Activities where the said funds shall be utilized.

Ord. No. 2026-02 - An Ordinance enacting the Revised Child Survival, Development, Protection, Security and Participation and establishing a Comprehensive Children Support System in the Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela and repealing for the purpose Municipal Ordinance No. 2025-06.

Ord. No. 2026-03 - An Ordinance mandating the pruning or trimming of overgrown tree branches along barangay roads to prevent damage during calamities or typhoons.

Ord. No. 2026-04 - An Ordinance authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 2, series of 2026, appropriating the amount of TEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS (Php10,711,455.00) from the share of our Municipality on the collection of Tobacco Excise Taxes for Calendar Year 2023 to be used in implementation of various priority Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) that are beneficial to all tobacco farmers in this Municipality.

Ord. No. 2026-05 - An Ordinance authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 3, series of 2026, appropriating the amount of TEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE PESOS (Php10,711,455.00) from the share of our Municipality on the collection of Tobacco Excise Taxes for Calendar Year 2023 (2nd Tranche) to be used in implementation of various priority Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs) that are beneficial to all tobacco farmers in this Municipality

Ord. No. 2026-06 - An Ordinance prohibiting the dispensing, selling and reselling of Pharmaceutical products in Sari-sari Stores and other similar retail outlets in the territorial jurisdiction of Cabatuan, Isabela pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 10918, otherwise known as the “Philippine Pharmacy Act” and imposing penalties for violations thereof.

Ord. No. 2026-07 - An Ordinance localizing the implementation of Republic Act No. 11313 otherwise known as the “Safe Spaces Act Of 2019” or the so-called “Anti-Bastos Law” in the Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela and providing penalties for violations thereof.

Ord. No. 2026-08 - An Ordinance adopting Provincial Ordinance No. 2025-37-01 of the Province of Isabela, entitled: “An Ordinance institutionalizing the establishment and operationalization of the Province-Wide Health System, including its management support systems, and  appropriating funds thereof”.

Ord. No. 2026-09 - An Ordinance authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 04, series of 2026, appropriating the amount of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php280,000.00) from the savings on programmed appropriations or unobligated appropriations intended for the Construction of Water and Waste Facility at the Slaughterhouse under the Capital Outlay of the Municipal Agriculturist’s Office for FY 2025.

Ord. No. 2026-10 - An Ordinance authorizing Supplemental Budget No. 05, series of 2026, appropriating the amount of SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY PESOS AND 53/100 (Php73,640.53) from the share of our Municipality on PCSO-STL Operations for the period July up to December, 2025.
