Under the sterling leadership of Municipal Mayor, Hon. Bernardo “Panyong” A. Garcia, Jr., the Local Government Unit of Cabatuan, Isabela received a recognition from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for obtaining Maturity Level 2 in PRIME HRM RSP. This award is a vivid validation of our invaluable efforts to make the LGU Cabatuan’s Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP) System in place. Indeed, with strong faith, dedication, hardwork and perseverance, nothing is impossible.

It is truly a humbling experience to accept this accolade together with Sangguniang Bayan Member, Hon. Julian “Owen” A. Dayrit, this 14th day of September 2023 during the Parangal at Pasasalamat Regional Recognition Rites in line with the celebration of the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary held in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
