- Mayor’s Permit Fee – the permit fee shall either be based on asset size or number or workers, whichever will yield the higher fee.
- Sanitary Inspection Fee – based on the type/kind of business.
- Medical Fee – P300.00 shall be collected for each business owner.
- Garbage Fee – based on the location and type/kind of business.
- Personnel (Occupational Tax) – annual occupation fee shall be collected to every person who shall enagaged in the practice of occupation.
- Personnel (Health Certificate) – P100.00 shall be collected to any person who is given a physical examination by the Municipal Health Unit.
- Business Sticker – P150.00/plate
- Miscellaneous Fee – P100.00 shall be collected for each business owner.
- Fire Code Fee – Fire safety inspection fee equivalent to ten percent (10%) of all fees.
