Cabatuan is a competitive agro-industrial center in Cagayan Valley living in a sustainable socio-economic condition, a healthy, safe, and progressive environment and a home of vigilant, orderly, self-reliant and culturally enriched citizenry governed by God-loving and service-oriented leaders.

MISSION

To provide basic services as mandated under R.A. 7160 and other government assistance   necessary for the attainment of the development goals and objectives of the local government unit for the upliftment of the living conditions of the population.

To encourage and support the development of appropriate and self-reliant scientific and            technological capabilities in pursuance of its vision.
